sea view simple room nice balcony broken lock delayed response unconcerned staff

the sea views are great. the room is simple. there is a nice balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise. the adjacent cafe does good local breakfasts.

the lock on the outside door broke. we could not get into the hotel. when i called, no one answered until i tried several times. the gentleman did not seem too concerned.
